GEMSUN vintage products are handpicked clothing combinations. These products are not new or unworn but in good condition and meant to give garments new life. As our vintage products are sourced from different parts of the world and eras, please note that the marked sizing is not always exact.

GEMSUN accessories are handmade with love and stand for uniqueness and character. Little flaws contribute to their one-of-a-kind character. For handmade products there might be some small variations within the size. Once you place your order, each accessory is individually handmade for you. This process can take up to 7 days before we ship your order.

All prices are in USD and payments are accepted through PayPal. Please be aware of PayPal’s terms and conditions as they are responsible for the transactions made.

LOCAL CHARGES

Please be aware that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

SHIPPING

Creation process takes up to 7 business days for handmade accessories. Process time for orders takes 3-4 business days. Once products are dispatched, you will be notified. Shipping within the US takes about 4 business days. Products are shipped via USPS. Please be aware that any delays or lost items caused by the courier service are out of our hands and GEMSUN is not responsible for it.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges please get in touch with us at connect@gemsunnow.com within 7 days after you have received your item. Products need to be in new condition. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are at customers expense. We do not accept exchanges for vintage products.
